FriendGal Appears To Be Offline. Have I Been Blocked?

The most likely reason FriendGal is offline is that either she is under Maintenance, or her Connection to AIM/ICQ has been reset. Please wait for us to restart her connection.

FriendGal does not reply to some slang words. Why?

FriendGal's slang vocabulary is limited. Try to speak in Good English.

Will My Conversations With FriendGal Be Recorded?

Most Conversations with FriendGal are recorded, for Bug Fixing and quality assurance purposes. We will never use this data to compromise you or your privacy. We do not share this data, and all information is erased from the system at the end of each monthly period.

Is FriendGal Secure?

FriendGal is fairly secure. However, because data travels through AIM, so this can never be guaranteed. We recommend never telling FriendGal your surname, or address.

How Do I Use Web Chat?

Simply visit the Internet Chat page, and wait for it to load.

I can not see the Internet Chat Box?

You need Flash in order to view the Chat Box. Click Here to download it for free.

Can I Talk To FriendGal on MSN Messenger?

Unfortunately, this is not currently possible, however, we are currently developing ways to allow this.

Why is the weather service limited to the US?

Unfortunately, the Weather lookup feature is currently limited to the US. This is because FriendGal uses a third-party to detect the weather, and this service only covers the United States.

FriendGal will not reply to any of my messages, why?

You have probably been blocked. There are several reasons why this may occur:

1. You Warned FriendGal. Users that warn FriendGal are automatically blocked from talking to him again.

2. You have miss-used the system, or support channels.

3. You have been blocked by accident.

I have been blocked. What can I do?

Contact us, and we will investigate. If we determine that you have been blocked accidentally, than we will unblock you free of charge.

If you miss-used the system, or warned FriendGal, we will charge you a fee of £1/$2/1.5 Euro for unblocking.

I can't get FriendGal's Keywords To Work Properly-Why?

The Keywords Feature is still fairly new, and we do experience problems with it. Give it a couple of days, and if you still have problems, contact support.
